1. Is international shipping available?
Yes, international shipping is available. Depending on your country of residence, products fulfilled by Zenfolio partners can be sold in these currencies:
2. What if my currency isn't listed above?
If you live outside the US or Canada, you can pay in EUR or GBP and it will be converted using the best possible exchange rate. These are the only currencies that are currently accepted by the printing companies I use which allows me to keep international shipping rates low. Please be sure to select EUR or GBP when making a purchase outside of the U.S. or Canada.
3. How can I pay?
Payment options are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or Paypal.
4. Is framing avail abl e?
Yes, framing is available. Upon checkout you can view various framing options as well as the costs.
5. How long will it take for me to receive my product?
Depending on your location, it may take up to 14 days to process, print and ship the order. If at any time you are unsatisfied with the time frame of your delivery, I am happy to refund you the cost of shipping.
6. Are there any deals available? Can I get a discount?
I am currently not offering any discounts, however if you follow my Facebook page at www.facebook.com/alisonbrownphotography, this is where any coupon codes or deals will be offered.
7. What is the refund policy?
Zenfolio's refund policy:
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with the quality of your printed order, contact us within 30 days and we will reprint it free of charge.
We cannot be responsible for poor image quality resulting from inadequate resolution or improper exposure. In addition, please preview your images to ensure that all customizable features are to your liking before placing the order. These features include spelling, grammar, positioning of text, orientation/cropping of images and other services such as paper choice and finish options.
Note about Mpix orders: orders for Mpix submitted with the 'no color corrections' option checked are not eligible for reprinting due to color issues.
